Vasso Giannakopoulou graduated as a practitioner in the Feldenkrais Method, following the Feldenkrais International Training Programme “Greece I”, under the ed.direction of Ruty Bar (2012-1015).
As a certified Feldenkrais practitioner has been regularly teaching group and individual Feldenkrais classes since 2015 in Athens and Syros Island and organizes seminars worldwide.
The Feldenkrais Method® of somatic education uses gentle movement and directed attention to help people learn new and more effective ways of living the life they want.
